Doculink International has developed a strong working partnership with Xerox Corporation through the development, testing and benchmarking of many new lines of technology. This relationship has positioned Doculink as an industry leader in the adoption and application of cutting-edge technology.

As one of Xerox’s largest service bureau customers in Canada, our laser printers are serviced at our Ottawa facility by Xerox technical service personnel. This service includes providing industry-leading response time to any equipment failure and a continuous preventive maintenance program. Xerox also maintains an on-site parts inventory of major and minor equipment components to further minimize any down time.

Bell & Howell

For intelligent insertion, Doculink uses Bell & Howell Processing Systems.

All Bell & Howell intelligent insertion equipment is serviced by on-site, factory trained, Bell & Howell service technicians.

To minimize down time and maximize production output, Bell & Howell provides immediate response to any equipment failures as well as provides scheduled preventive maintenance on our Mail Processing Systems. In addition to this, Bell & Howell maintains a major service and parts depot on site at our Ottawa facility.
